In 2QFY2024, portfolio’s average occupancy rate was at 86.0% and customer's renewal rate had performed at 80.5% of the expired contracts. Moreover, our tenant’s profiles have become more diverse in term of their industries, such as automotive, logistics, electronics, retail, and e-commerce industries.
